Lomefloxacin is a broad-spectrum quinolone antibacterial drug that has a bactericidal effect on Gram negative bacteria, Gram positive bacteria, and some anaerobic bacteria. It has a good antibacterial effect on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, ampicillin-resistant influenza bacteria, and resistant Escherichia coli, as well as other drug-resistant bacteria.
