This product is white or almost white powder; it is almost odorless and has a bitter taste. This product is easily soluble in acetone, soluble in chloroform, slightly soluble in methanol or ethanol, slightly soluble in ether, and insoluble in water. Absorption coefficient: Take an appropriate amount of this product, accurately weigh it, add methanol to dissolve it and make a solution containing 15μg per 1ml, according to spectrophotometry (Appendix IVA), measure the absorbance at a wavelength of 271nm, absorption coefficient (E1% 1cm) It is 390~420.
The product is highly fat-soluble and well absorbed by oral administration. After absorption, it is quickly hydrolyzed by non-specific esterase in the intestinal mucosa and portal circulation to cefuroxime, which is distributed to the extracellular fluid of the whole body; the serum protein binding rate is about 50%. After oral administration of 250 mg and 500 mg of the product after a meal, the peak plasma concentration (Cmax) reached within 2.5 to 3 hours, which were 4.1 mg/L and 7.0 mg/L, respectively. Food can promote the absorption of the product. The absolute bioavailability of the product when taken on an empty stomach and after a meal is 37% and 52%, respectively. Drinking milk can increase the area under the drug-time curve (AUC value) of the product. The increase was more significant in the children group than in the adult group. The blood elimination half-life (t1/2) of this product is 1.2 to 1.6 hours, which is slightly longer than cefaclor, cephalexin and cefradine; t1/2 of neonates and patients with impaired renal function are prolonged; elderly (average age 84 years) patients The serum t1/2 can be extended to about 3.5 hours. After oral administration of 500 mg of the product on an empty stomach and after meals, the 24-hour urine excretion is 32% and 48% of the administered amount, respectively. Hemodialysis can reduce the blood concentration of the product.
This product is suitable for Streptococcus hemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus (except methicillin-resistant strains), Haemophilus influenzae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis and other sensitive strains of Enterobacteriaceae Adult acute pharyngitis or tonsillitis, acute otitis media, maxillary sinusitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, acute bronchitis, simple urinary tract infection, skin and soft tissue infections and uncomplicated gonorrhea Neisseria urethritis and cervicitis.
