The antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of cefotaxime sodium. It has a powerful effect on Escherichia coli, pneumoniae, indole-positive Proteus, influenzae, Serratia, meningococcus, and gonococcus; pneumococcus, streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus are moderately sensitive to this product; to aeruginosa Monas have a certain effect. Enterococcus, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus and most Bacteroides fragilis are resistant to this product.
It is used for pneumonia, bronchitis, peritonitis, pleurisy caused by sensitive bacteria, as well as infections of skin and soft tissues, urinary tract, bile duct, bone and joints, facial features, wounds, etc. It is also used for sepsis and meningitis. Simple gonorrhea
