| Application & Function Chloroquine phosphate can be used for the treatment of Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium intertrigo and Plasmodium triturale which are sensitive to chloroquine. It can also be used for suppressive prophylaxis of malaria symptoms. It can also be used for the treatment of extra-intestinal amebiasis, connective tissue diseases, photosensitive diseases (e.g. sun erythema). |
