What is Cetrimide powder? Cetrimide is easily soluble in iso-propanol and water. It produces a lot of foam when shaken. It has good compatibility with cationic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants and has excellent penetration, softening, emulsification, antistatic, biodegradability and bactericidal properties. |
| Application & Function Cetrimide can be used as an emulsifier for synthetic rubber, tungsten oil and asphalt; antistatic agent and softener for synthetic fiber, natural fiber and glass fiber; phase transfer catalyst; emulsion foaming agent and surfactant. It is also used as a surfactant in the production of flux and solder. It has strong activity and has a certain effect on bright spots and cold solder joints. |
