Product Description Cationic Guar Gum is a water-soluble polymer with the chemical name guar gum hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride. It is made from natural guar gum, the endosperm of the epidermis and germ is removed, and it mainly contains galactose and mannose. After drying under pressure, crushing and hydrolysis, it is precipitated with 20% ethanol solution, separated and dried by centrifugation and then reacted with dehydrated glyceryl ether trimethyl ammonium chloride. |
| Application & Function Cationic guar gum has a good affinity for keratin and has durable softness and antistatic properties, giving hair shine and volume. It can be combined with anionic, amphoteric and nonionic surfactants to provide excellent foaming and foam stabilization. Excellent cationic guar conditioning polymers that provide good conditioning in rinse-off products, providing good wet and dry skin feel, such as shampoos and bath products. |
