What is taurine?
Taurine (Taurine), also known as β-amino ethanesulfonic acid, the first separation from the bezoar, so named. Pure product is colorless or white oblique crystal, odorless, taurine chemical stability, insoluble in ether and other organic solvents, is a sulfur-containing non-protein amino acids.Taurine is widely found in the tissues and cells of mammals, birds, fish and aquatic invertebrates. Some studies have found that taurine not only has good food-inducing effect, but also can improve the activity of various digestive enzymes in the body. In addition, taurine can also promote animal growth and regulate osmotic pressure. As a feed additive, it has been widely used in the aquaculture industry.
Function:
1. As a food attractant
2. Improving growth performance
3. Enhancing the activity of digestive enzymes
4. Improving Anti-hypoxia Ability
5. Osmotic pressure regulation
6. Enhancing the body's immunity
7. Improving Antioxidant Activity
8. Regulation of body endocrine
9. Improving body stability
10.Regulation of body endocrine;9. Improving body stability
Taurine is a type of amino acid found throughout the body. It is particularly concentrated in the brain, eyes, heart, and muscles. Unlike most other amino acids, it is not used to build proteins in the body. It is classified as a "conditionally essential" amino acid. Your body can produce some amount of taurine, and it is also found in some foods.
However, certain individuals may benefit from taking a supplement. Those with specific illnesses or diseases, such as heart issues or diabetes, may also benefit from the additional taurine intake. Despite common belief, this amino acid is not extracted from bull urine or bull semen. The name is derived from the Latin word Taurus, which means ox or bull, so that may be the source of the confusion.
