                         Deltamethrin is an organic compound with the molecular formula C22H19Br2NO3. It is a white oblique directional crystal.Almost insoluble in water at room temperature, soluble in a variety of organic solvents.Stable to light and air.Stable in acidic medium, unstable in alkaline medium.[1]

                         Deltamethrin is one of the pyrethroid insecticides with the highest virulence to insects. It has the effects of tentacling and gastric toxicity.
