What's Bifenthrin? Bifenthrin is an organic substance with a chemical formula of C23H22ClF3O2, a white solid. It is soluble in chloroform, dichloromethane, ether, toluene, heptane, and slightly soluble in pentane. It is one of the new pyrethroid agricultural insecticides that developed rapidly in the 1970s and 1980s, and is widely used in various countries around the world. This product has the characteristics of strong knockdown, broad-spectrum, high efficiency, rapidity, and long residual effect. It is mainly contact and stomach toxic, and has no systemic effect. It can be used to control cotton bollworm, red bollworm, tea looper, tea caterpillar, apple or hawthorn red spider, peach heartworm, cabbage aphid, cabbage caterpillar, cabbage moth, citrus leaf miner, etc. Application & Function of Bifenthrin Use: Contact and stomach action. Effective against a broad range of foliar pests, including Coleoptera, Diptera, Heteroptera, Homoptera, Lepidoptera and Orthoptera; it also controls some species of Acarina. Crops include cereals, citrus, cotton, fruit, grapes, ornamentals and vegetables. |
