Use for :   

It is suitable for the treatment of tinea body, tinea croris, tinea hand, tinea pedis, tinea variosus, fungal paronychia and vaginal infection and secondary infection caused by yeast (such as candida, etc.) and gram positive bacteria, and it is also effective for external otitis and bacterial skin infection.

             

               

                Miconazole nitrate is an antifungal agent.This product can inhibit the growth of most fungi at the concentration of 4mg/L, blastomyces and histoplasmacyces are highly sensitive to it, Cryptococcus, Candida, Coccidiococcus are also sensitive to this product.By interfering with the activity of cytochrome P-450, it can inhibit the biosynthesis of ergosterol, the main sterol in the fungal cell membrane, and damage the fungal cell membrane and change its permeability, so that important intracellular substances leak out.It can also inhibit the biosynthesis of fungal triacylglycerol and phospholipids, inhibit the activity of oxidase and peroxidase,  leading to cell submicrostructure degeneration and cell necrosis.Candida albicans can inhibit its transformation from spore to invasive hyphae.
