Miconazole is a highly effective, safe, and broad-spectrum antifungal drug that has almost all effects on pathogenic fungi. The mechanism is to inhibit the sterol synthesis of the fungal cell membrane, affect the permeability of the cell membrane, inhibit the growth of the fungus, and cause death. Concentrations below 4 µg/mL can inhibit most clinically isolated fungi, among which Cryptococcus neoformans, Candida and Crude spores are all sensitive to this product, Blastomyces dermatitis and histoplasma are highly sensitive to this product, but Mold is poor.
