Product Description Sucrose stearate is a sucrose ester. Sucrose esters are products obtained from sucrose and fatty acids or fatty acid derivatives through esterification or ester exchange reactions. Sucrose esters are synthesized from renewable resources, have excellent application properties and good biodegradability and toxicological properties, and the products themselves are friendly to the environment and living organisms, and are widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and detergents as an important class of natural surfactants. |

It is used as emulsifier in cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical industries, and the dosage is 1~1.5g/kg for food emulsifier and food preservative. it can also be used in detergent, fiber processing, agriculture and animal husbandry, and canned products. |
