Use for :   It is suitable for the treatment of various types of glaucoma. It is an effective adjuvant to control intraocular pressure during short-term administration of acute attack of various types of glaucoma.It is especially suitable for acute angle-closure glaucoma, secondary glaucoma with acute elevated intraocular pressure and insensitive to acetazolamide.It can also be used as a preoperative hypotensive agent for anti-glaucoma surgery.Like other carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, this product should not be used for long-term intraocular pressure control.

               

               

                 

                    Diclofenamide is an effective carbonic anhydrase inhibitor.Diclofenamide has therapeutic effects by inhibiting human cytoplasmic carbonic anhydrase isozymes I and II and transmembrane tumor-associated carbonic anhydrase isozymes IX and XII.Diclofenamide is effective in preventing weakness caused by HypoPP and PSPP.It is mainly used to treat glaucoma.Long-term use may cause hypokalemia and acidosis.
