What is J-147? J-147 is primarily derived from curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric). Unlike curcumin, among other things, J-147 works by binding to ATP synthase. The overproduction of ATP is associated with the aging process. J-147 controls this in addition to increasing levels of the neurotransmitters NGF and BDNF.
