For Gram-negative bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Pneumoniae, Proteus, Typhoid, Paratyphoid, Shigella, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Citrobacter, Serratia marcescens , Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Meningococcus, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Pneumophila, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, etc. have strong antibacterial effects, and are Gram-positive for Staphylococcus, Streptococcus hemolyticus, etc. Cocci also have a moderate antibacterial effect.
There is no cross-resistance between this product and other antibiotics. Clinically, it is mainly used for infections of the respiratory tract, urinary tract, biliary tract caused by sensitive bacteria and chlamydia, such as gonococcal urethritis, bacterial enteritis, etc. Dosage: Adults, 200mg~300mg/day, orally in divided doses. Side effects are mild, generally gastrointestinal reactions. Such as nausea, diarrhea and loss of appetite, a few have insomnia, rash, itching and so on.
