Pristinamycin is an antibiotic used primarily in the treatment of staphylococcal infections, and to a lesser extent streptococcal infections.


Virgenycin (11006-76-1) can promote the absorption and utilization of amino acids and phosphorus by livestock and poultry, and improve the feed conversion rate. It can be used for pig feed with an amount of 10 (10.2 million units) to 20 (20.4 million units) g/t; it can also be used for chicken feed under 16 weeks of age with an amount of 2 to 5 g/t, and it is prohibited during the laying period.
