Application:It is a narrow-spectrum antibiotic, only effective to gram-positive bacteria, such as hemolytic streptococcus, pneumococcus, gonococcus and enterococcus are sensitive, especially to drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus this product. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial cell wall. It mainly binds to bacterial cell wall, and prevents some amino acids from entering the glycopeptides of cell wall. Bacteremia caused by sensitive gram-positive bacteria, endocarditis, osteomyelitis, pneumonia, lung abscess, soft tissue infection, meningitis, etc. Oral use for pseudomembranous enteritis caused by Clostridium difficile.
