Use for :   

     Creatine phosphate sodium for injection is added to cardiac arrest solution during cardiac surgery to protect myocardial metabolic abnormalities during myocardial ischemia.

                     

             

                   

                      The average elimination half-life of phosphocreatine given intravenouslyin humans ranges from 0.09 to 0.2 hours. After the slow infusion of 5g phosphocreatine for 40 minutes, the blood concentration decreased to less than 5nmol/ml. After 40 minutes of administration of 10g dose, the blood concentration can reach 10nmol/ml.
Creatine phosphate was injected 50mg intramuscular, which appeared in the blood after 5 minutes, reached a peak of about 10nmol/ml after 30 minutes, and decreased to 4-5nmol /ml after 1 hour. After 2 hours, it was still 1-2nmol /ml. The peak concentration of 75mg dose was 11-12nmol /ml.
The analysis of tissues showed that foreign creatine phosphate was mainly distributed in myocardium and skeletal muscle, followed by brain and kidney tissue, and least in lung and liver tissue. The process of metabolism and excretion in vivo is the formation of creatine by catalytic dephosphorylation of creatine phosphate, then creatine cyclization to creatinine, and finally excretion through urine.
